Jim Papoulis - Learning Tracks

The majority of my choral music is written for children and youth. I like to write music that resonates with singers and is sung from their vantage point. I best connect to the singers themselves by sitting with young people, asking them questions about themselves, about their cultures, and about their inner worlds. I spend countless hours with thousands of children every year from all over the globe; I am grateful for their openness in sharing their deepest thoughts, questions, and dreams.
